    • The owner lives in a separate home on the property and is available if you need anything while respecting your privacy.

    • Exterior security cameras monitor the outside of the property for guest safety.

    • Primary guest must be 25 years or older and stay for the duration of the reservation.

    • Maximum occupancy is 14 registered overnight guests.

    • No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings.

    • Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless approved in advance.

    • No smoking or vaping inside the home. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees.

    • Up to 3 potty-trained dogs are welcome with our pet fee. Pets must be supervised and cleaned up after.

    • Please treat the home and neighbors with respect.

    • The pool is used at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

    • Exterior security cameras monitor the outside of the property for guest safety.

    • Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM unless other arrangements have been made.on

“We had so much fun, and the House was very spacious for our large family. There was plenty of rooms for everyone to have their space. The kitchen was so well stocked. We were thrilled with all they provided. The pool was spectacular and this was the highlight for the kids. They loved it! The host was so quick to respond to any questions that we had. It’s 30 minutes from Oklahoma city.
We had a blast and highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a lovely stay in the Norman area.”

“We stay at Air BnBs often and are former owners ourselves and I wish I could add a star to this property! We had our whole family stay at Tracie and Kathryn’s home and we had so much room to gather and celebrate our son’s graduation. There are two beautiful master suites, a dinner table for everyone and we had so much fun hanging at the pool!

Talk about a stocked kitchen! Wow! It made cooking and feeding everyone a breeze. These hosts left nothing out, even the art in the powder room was darling!

Alas, our kids have graduated from OU but if we ever need to come back through Norman, we will stay here again! Oh, and of course it is just minutes by the campus! Thanks again, ladies!”
